Returns & Refunds Policy

The GRACE Midlife Pivot Assessment is a personal, time-based service. Because of the nature of the work involved, the following policy applies:

Assessment Fee (£27)

If you have completed the assessment but not yet had your 1:1 call, and you feel the assessment wasn't right for you, please contact me within 7 days, and I will issue a refund — no questions asked.

Once your 1:1 call has taken place and the service has been delivered in full, refunds cannot be issued.
